Landline Down

My landline is down, says on the phone connection issue.

No incoming or outgoing calls.

Sky contact through website is useless.

Any recommendations?

@KMJ0791 are you new ro Sky landline? Or has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now?

Do you have Internet calls, where the phone plugs into your broadband Hub? Or standard calls where it plugs into a wall socket?
