Hi I called Sky by my mobile phone by spending some pounds and booked an engineer to attend. I have been advised that by 48 hours some one will contact. Not sure. It is really horrible to contact Sky. Sales team is very interested to sell higher packages but there is no good and effective system to contact Sky quickly. Being 9 years with Sky I am not at all happy. Anyway thank you all for your support.
