Land phone - no incoming/outgoing call

My land phone is not working. Displaying a message'check phone line'. Not able to make call or not receiving calls.

@SNCDid this just happen out of the blue, or have you just moved or upgraded your package with Sky?

My phone is also displaying 'check phone line' please can someone help me how to resolve this? Thanks

this happened on 23.09.2022 and hasn't been working since. The broadband was also off but I have fixed that issue and that is now working fully but still no landline.

@Highlinder switched it off and then unplugged the blue wire then put it back in and reset the hub

If it is the first or second one can you run the troubleshooting in the link below.

If it is the third router that you have does it have a voice light and is it lit?

@Highlinder It is the first one but I have already done all those checks, all the wires are intack but the phone is still displaying 'check line' and there is no dialing tone.

@Highlinder yes I do, I have been trying to look for a number but cannot seem to find one suitable for reporting the issue.
