Sky talk landline is again not allwoibg calls to be made or recived. 
it has previously happened after heavy rain and gas always been an outside issue. 
i am contacting on 80yr old mothers behalf

Does Sky allow you to contact them on behalf of your mother? Normally they'll only speak to the accountholder.
