Hi
I just got my sky broadband and talk activated today. Internet is working fine but it seems my old land line number hasn't been transferred over as it is a completely new number
Can anyone assist

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf Sky have given you a new number it's because either you didn't request your old number to be ported, or Sky weren't able to port it for some reason. They will previously have sent you an email giving you the new number
