Land line died

My land line is dead. No dial tone. Tried all suggestions on the help page. Doesn't  work with cordless nor  an old non-powered phone I keep for power blackouts. Broadband still OK. Can't see a way of contacting Sky directly. This is my first time using the Community, so not sure whther I have to keep it open to wait for replies.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

In middle of our chat session I was told the internet would go down for a few minutes then come back. After two hours it had NOT come back and I had to log off Windows then use the Sky hub auto-heal to get back online. And the landline is still dead. How do I get back to you?
