Land line dead.
Sunday 6th April 2025.
Woke up to find my Land line was dead. Everything else is working except this.
If there are works being carried out that's fine, but a bit of warning would be appreciated.

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

Domestic customers of any ISP don't get warnings: a very expensive business service (say a leased line at several hundred pounds per month) might do so.
Most outages are going to be faults anyway.
