Land line dead

Since 19th June my landlines has gone dead I replaced 2 cables sent from sky about 3weeks ago as the system had to be updated. Advise please

@ZitaParker22 have you been updated to internet calls, where the phone plugs into your broadband Hub? And has it stopped working from then?

Does your landline now plug into the appropriate slot in the back of the hub?
