I have tried calling Sky for the last 3 days, My landline is not working, I cannot receive or make telephone calls. I found the advisors to be very unhelpful. I have checked all wires, phone etc and still have no landline. Getting frustrated as do not appear to be getting any support about this matter. I am paying for something that I am unable to use.
Please look into this matter.

Are you new to Sky, or any recent changes to your broadband package?
If neither applies, you'll have to persevere with reporting it to Sky. If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here via a private online line chat so that you can do that.

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page.
Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.
