why has my home phone line has not been working since having sky q fitted

since i have been upgraded to sky q  my home phone has not worked and i need my home phone for emergencies as my husband is disabled its so annoying now

What have Sky said about it? 

 

Is your broadband Hub a flat one or an upright one? If it's upright, what is the colour of the 'Voice' light on the front panel?

It's a flat one and the voice one is on my tv remote

And I have tried numerous times to speak to sky but it's impossible as I can't speak to a human and not a stupid robot and I need my landline for my partner who is disabled

And unless you have Sky Broadband then it's actually nothing to do with Sky...
