Hi can someone help, my landline phone is not recieving or accepting any call, I have tried absolutley everything, I even bought a new landline phone but no luck.
Any ideas????

Yes it happen out of the blue, I read that sky are changing over to internet landlines so I am going to plut it into my sky Q hub to see it that work.

Yes but it costs me a fortune when i call the number given to talk to a tech from my mobile. I was on 21 mins yesterday and i ran out of credit!!! i will have to bite the bulet and call them back once I have credit. @Highlinder

It may be up to 48 hours before they respond and messaging replies aren't synchronous so they take place over several hours. Let us know if you'd like us to do that.
