Just had sky glass installed with new router which means our phone calls are internet calls. Voice LED on router OFF so no phone calls possible. Any ideas how to resolve this.

Was your new broadband service activated today because if so it can take up to 24 hours for the phone part to start working.

Thanks for responding. In the end resetting the hub as directed by a Sky expert solved the issue
