If you are using internet telephone number do you have to receive calls through a voip handset or can you avoid needing to have a handset and divert the number to a mobile phone? If you can divert the number to a mobile, how do you do it?

Sky VOIP behaves exactly as a standard phone connection, with the exception that your handset plugs into the Hub, not the wall socket. So you don't need a VOIP handset (they won't work with Sky VOIP) and the usual call features are still available including call divert. To set up call divert, you need to give Sky a call (dial 150). There's a monthly charge.
