It does seem to be intermittent.

 

Sky said they would update the thread here when it has been fixed, so occasional successes are probably not meaningful until they do so.

I too am experiencing this issue. Please could my case be escalated to sky and added to the case examples.

As you can see from the previous posts, Sky are already investigating the issue.

Same here, i've been a sky customer for years and never experineced sn many problems like i have in last year. Really disappointed with overall service these days

My aunts just moved house and now has Sky stream.

 

she's having exactly the same problem.


She can always hear them, sometimes they can hear her, most times they can't

This seemed to be a problem back in April. I have just started to have the problem. Was it eventually resolved ?

@Frenchie2 It did get resolved for me.  However I don't know if the problem reoccured as I moved to BT shortly afterwards.

@Frenchie2 I have no idea what Sky actually did to resolve it, but after whatever they did both ends of a call could hear each other!

Yeah it was resolved, think they just turned everything off and back on again 😄
