Broadband and Talk activated 10/5/24.
Phone number ported from Virgin and can make outgoing calls but when someone calls the house number it says number is not recognised.
I reported as a fault and got a msg yoday saying it was fixed, but it's not.
any ideas? @Skyhelp

That isn't Sky who you have tagged in, it is just some random person who for whatever reason chose that username.
