Incoming calls - number not recognised
Broadband and Talk activated 10/5/24.
Phone number ported from Virgin and can make outgoing calls but when someone calls the house number it says number is not recognised.
I reported as a fault and got a msg yoday saying it was fixed, but it's not.
any ideas? @Skyhelp

You would need to report it again to tell them it hasn't been fixed.
That isn't Sky who you have tagged in, it is just some random person who for whatever reason chose that username.
