Incoming Calls..........

Hello,

i have had switched from superfast fttc to fttp 500, i have noticed now on my landline that any incomimg calls on my landline thats now connected to the router, is showing the number twice on the handset.

@Tom+Shinkwin when was your fttp service activated? Most likely the phone service has not yet completed activation.

Hi Mark, on 27/10/2025, phone works ok through the router , its just the same number is showing twice when i recive a call.

Not sure if it should or not.

@Tom+Shinkwin oh no then, activation should be complete by now. Might be some slight incompatibility with your phone, maybe. You could give Sky a call to,report it, but to be honest, if it's only cosmetic, it might be more bother than it's worth!
