I have no dialling tone on my landline nor can I receive call I was previously a BT customer.
Living in a rural area mobiles are unreliable we need our landline as we are in regular contact with hospitals and Doctors the landline number is the only one they have I have been in contact with you and they said they would ring back I have also been and bought a new phone for my landline as my previous phone was Bluetooth.
persnally I wished I'd stayed with BT as I am finding this whole issue annoying
