I cannot receive calls

Please can some assist.  I can make outgoing calls but I cannot receive calls?

Is there some background to? Are you new to Sky broadband? Or upgraded your Sky broadband service? Has your landline with Sky worked OK up to now?

No I'm new.  Sky fiber upgrade.  Tried the old turning off router and box on wall and resetting router.  I can call out from landline but cannot call into landline says not available.

@Liz183 thanks for the detail. When was your fibre upgrade completed? It can take 24 hours or so for the landline service to complete activation. 

 

Do you have a white Hub or black?
