How to stop bogus calls stating they are sky ? I keep getting these calls stating they are sky and with the worst clarity asking about issues with sky.

@Microbot you can use the Sky Talk Shield to automatically screen incoming calls, allowing  you the choice of whether or not to accept the call. Most spam/scam callers will give up as soon as they're asked by the screening system, to say who they are.

Try Talk Shield to start with but remember that any number can be spoofed.

With any calls from 'Sky' (especially unexpected calls) if the caller asks for your previously agreed telephone password to confirm you're the account holder (which I would expect a genuine Sky agent to do) initially give an INCORRECT one on purpose.

If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it'll likely be a scam call.
