How to get a sky landline connection/ phone ?

How to get a sky landline phone / connection. I do have sky broadband and tv and talk. Any idea?

If you have Sky broadband then you will probably have Sky Talk and if you upgraded or change to sky recently it will likely be Sky Talk with Internet Calls - https://www.sky.com/help/articles/about-internet-calls

 

If your router has a voice light on it and it's green you just need to plug a standard phone handset into the phone port on back of router

Note that Sky does not have an own-brand telephone handset (basically of all the ISPs only BT does that).  Any mainstream analogue corded handset or DECT base station should be compatible with either Sky Talk from a phone wall socket or Sky Talk Internet Calls from the socket on the router.

Landline not working

My landline is not be working for a week and I've already been in contact and nothing has been resolved
