I want to have two landline phones, I have one working that is plugged into the hub, but I want a second phone downstairs, how can I get it to work?

Re: How do i connect two landline phones
You would need to purchase twin (or more) phones. The base station plugged into your hub and the other plugged into a normal plug socket elsewhere.

Welcome to the forum, @Eeyore1934 🙂
If you're not aware, we're a customer Community and it's unlikely thay Sky will reply.
By far the simplest solution would be to invest in a cordless phone with two handsets. The base station plugs into the Hub, and you can place the handsets wherever you want them
The alternative would be to run an extension cable from upstairs to the Hub, and use a double adaptor to connect it with your other phone..
