How do I bar calling mobile numbers on sky talk

I need help with barring calls to mobile number, can anyone help please

@Peopletalk 

Call Sky (dial 150 free) and ask if this is possible. I thought the only calls Sky can bar are calls to premium rate numbers, but worth asking.
