Continued crackling and hearing TV through landline

Since last  Sept phone line crackilng on and off can hear the tv and muffled chat as if a party line. Road dug up by Openreach 3 times and onice  again it's  as bad as ever. They visited in June and not seen or hear from with BT or Sky since. Miserable & fed up. Funny how if Zi want to buy a new product it's INSTANT but help with a fault is like getting blood out of a stone
