House phone

Upgrade my router yesterday and my house phone as stopped working now

I'm assuming you have Internet calls and your phone is plugged into your Hub.

 

There's sometimes a delay in activating the phone service with the Max Hub. I'd suggest leaving it until tomorrow, then factory resetting the Hub by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds. If you still have no phone service then, it's best reported to Sky.  We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
