House phone not working.

My house phone not working incoming out going calls , Followed there steps but no joy. Tried for online help put its down on there end.?

@juno2424 are you new to Sky's broadband/landline service? Or has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now? Do you have internet calls, where your phone plugs into your broadband Hub? Is there a dialling tone?
