House phone not working

My phone won’t work, I can’t receive or make calls. When I try ringing my phone it is ringing however it won’t ring on the house phone. There is no dial tone, I tried connecting it straight to the mains and still won't work. Broadband works fine.

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

I've run all the tests but still not working, you can ring the house phone from say a mobile and it sounds like it's ringing on the mobile but the house phone doesn't ring. Neighbour says she saw someone up the telegraph pole afew days ago, must be something to do with this. Where do I go from here?
