I swooped to sky from BT on Monday, my order requested that I keep my old landline number but I have been issued a new number not as requested. Who do I contact and Haw can this be rectified please?

Sky say it's normally possible to keep your number,be, but they don't guarantee it. It's Sky you would need to speak to as they're now your provider, but it's unlikely that they'll be able to retrieve your old number.
