Help

My Mum phone line is not working. 

She cannot make or receive calls and there is no dialling tone.
She ineeds this to work as it is connected to Careline.

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:

In addition to the above, as your Mum needs a Careline it may be worth registering her with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
