Why do I not have a dialing tone I have tried all connections and still nothing I'm paying my bill just to listen to echo and no dialing tone please help

Any recent changes to your broadband set up? You coukd try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband

What's the background to this? Have you recently signed up to Sky Broadband/Talk? Has your landline phone previously worked since you've been with Sky?
