Has anyone had issues with Porting number from previous provider?

I am having an issue with keeping my old landline number (with YouFibre)

 

sky have said they can't find my YouFibre account on OTS system (ons switch) so they can't port my old landline number. I still have an active account with YouFibre so this shouldn't be the case.

 

Sky told me to contact YouFibre and YouFibre said he fault is with Sky!


Any ideas why the number port isn't working? 

I actually had this number with Sky before I switched to YouFibre and the process of transferring the number over was easy I literally sent a message and it was fine.

 

Transferring the number back seems to be a problem.
