Future itemised landline calls not showing. This has only happened in tge last week. Have to check on my father's calls. Thank you

Line rental is paid a month in advance and the calls are a month in arrears
depending on when the bill is generated will affect when the next list of calls will show up on your bill

Everyday i am usually able to access my future bills, then select itemised calls, and its lists the calls I've made the previous day. I have not been able yo do this for the last 2 weeks. When I select future itemised calls, it just goes back to the current bill.

Perhaps another Community will be able to check for call charges on their future bill. In case it's specific to you, try clearing your browser cache after closing all sky.com web pages. Or try using your browser's incognito/privacy mode.

I'm having the same issue, itemised calls not showing on my next bill, but I think there is an error with the cost, so I would like to check the calls made before my next bill is generated.
