Ficticious call charges

 has enyone experienced where by false call charges are applied to account.

 this  is  about the third time this has happened to me  i dont understand who where there is no phone plugged in that i can be said to have made calls....  no one uses the landline - no way anyone can have access to the  premises to make a call...how is this being allowed to  go on   with sky has anyone else seen this behaviour before - calls of up to 1 minute repetitive each time... help please

  this is what is puzzling me - the phone is not  plugged in  dont ever use the landline -  its the package - phone tv and landline - i just wanted tv and broaband btu had to get th ephone as part of the deal. phone we dont use -  and my bills will show we dont use -  i have reported thisto them before how they are allowing this to happen again is beyond me

there is physically nothing absolutely nothing plugged into the phone socket - it is blank -  this is what  is making my blood boil -  how can calls be made when there is no socket in the wall for a phone...

  my tv does not make any calls -  nothing in my house is connected to phone line - i have my mobile for all calls -  its just a dormant service i have becuae  i cant take it away.... i cant even post the number n the forum that is showing was calling -  this is a scam and at this stage of  tight financialy not money i can part with - they are minor each  time about £5 but i need this money back

Sky will probably tell you that a charge can't be added to your account without a call being made on your line. Unless there's a fault - the possibility of which you need to report to them. If you have a burglar alarm or care alarm, they can make maintenance calls without you necessarily knowing.
