FTTP migration from BT, no Sky Talk VOIP (router light is orange)

Hello all, I have migrated my FTTP service from BT and been active for two weeks.  The broadband side works (but has an issue - I may post in the other forum section) but there is no Sky Talk service.

The Sky router has the orange light for calls and status stuck at Connecting.  I did complete the online form, but had a text the following day to say that form was cancelled as I already have an open case.

I have not raised anything already, nor can I find anything in My Sky about any faults raised.  If the absence of Talk is automatically detected at Sky's end, I can sit and wait as a landline is not critical.  Though I am not sure if I should flag this up manually to ensure it is being looked at?

Yes, you would need to report a fault with Sky, but first,  have you tried restarting your Hub by switching it off at the plug for 30 seconds?

Yes, I have tried a restart, and also the reset as shown on the website guide for orange light issues.
