International calls cutting off at 45 min.

I have Sky Talk International Extra (>10 years now) and frequenly use it to call family abroad for free up to 1 hour and then pay international charges for any time that the call extends over 60 min. 

Over the last few weeks the calls cut off at 45 min - no warning - without fail.  Why is this happening and what can be done to get rid of it and go back to the service I've been using for the last 10+ years?  This 45 min cap is very annoying.

It's not a time limit deliberately imposed by Sky. Sounds like a fault of some ,indeed, which you'll  need to report for investigation. Give Sky a call on 150.
