Existing number not transferred

 Moved from EE to Sky 30 Oct 2024.

 

Ticked box to transfer and retain my old landline number to Sky.

 

Sky have allocated me a brand new (unwanted) landline number.

 

What do I do, whom do I contact. Chatbots are useless!

When you call Sky just remain on the line and don't say anything when asjked any questions by the bot.

You can call Sky on 150 from your landline phone. Sky say it's normally possible to keep your old number, but don't guarantee it, so unfortunately there may be nothing they can do.
