Being on a pay as you talk contract we don't normally use our landline for outgoing calls. However my wife used it for a couple of calls to the Doctors. She had to wait in a queue for around 1 hour 15 mins before she got through on both calls. I was staggered to see charges against each of these calls in excess of £15 which appears to be a lot more than the stated Sky rate. Anyone know what's going on?
