@EAD appears to be referring to Sky Talk from a landline, and your responses are for Mobile?

 

Sky Talk Evenings and Weekends Extra includes calls to UK mobiles 19:00 - 07:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends.

In addition to the answer from @TimmyBGood they will be inclusive for 60 mins after which you start getting charged. If it's a long call best to stop after about 55 mins and redial.
