Enhancements to TalkShield
I love the TalkShield feature, having only come across it a few weeks ago to prevent nuisence calls, howveer there are a few significant limitations, which should be easy to address and make this feature more usable:
1. Whilst I can download blocked and star numbers to a CSV, I cant do the same with the call log and am limited to 5 rows at a time. This is a significant constraint
2. Although I have added some number to the Star and some to block list this is not reflected in the call log, so I have to keep cross refercing them. The ability to show if a number has already been tagged woud be trmednously helpful
3. Having the ability to tag Star and Block lists with a reference name and that to show through on the call log wouuld also be a very helpful feature.
I don't believe any of these are significant effort to add to the web site, so would like to ask Sky to please consider them .

I'm afraid Sky won't see you suggestions from posting here. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

Ah - ok, Thanks for letting me know. I thought perhaps Sky customer services might be active in this forum. Do you know who at sky to contact for Sky Talk improvements ?
