Downgrading from anytime extra call plan to PAYT query
hi
A relative has 12 months remaining on 24 months Sky full fibre with Anytime Extra calls plan contract.
Can they downgrade to Pay As you Talk call plan ?
ie. stop paying £16+ per month for Anytime Extra call plan.
I understand there may be a one-off admin charge £10 ?
Is there anything else we need to know to make the change?

There should be no admin fee for changing tariff like that. They need to call Sky to do it ~ by dialling 150 free from their landline.

Re: Downgrading from anytime extra call plan to PAYT query
@Bob+L as @Daniel0210 posted, they can do it, but do think carefully first.
With the Pay as you Talk package, they'll pay for every call, and the charge per call rate is unpleasantly high. As an example, if they make more than 10 calls per month of 5 minutes each they'll be better off sticking with their current package
