Landline won’t dial out after fibre upgrade

Had fibre installed yesterday and can no longer dial out on the phone, can receive calls fine and have a dial tone but after dialling a number it just gives me the 1-2-3 beeps. Reported it twice to Sky and all they do is text to say they have closed my case. Tried the online chat and it just directed me to the online reporting that I've already done. Done the usual turn off on and leave off for 10 mins etc. 

All green lights on router, it's the black one.

It can take a good 24 hours for landline activation to complete. I'd suggest restarting your Hub tomorrow to see if it's resolved. If not, do post again.

I'd report it to Sky again - it might just be taking longer than normal, but there could be a problem. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.

If you can ask them on here that would be great as they just keep closing my case whenever I open one on the website and I seem to get no confirmation of anything!

I can't raise the issue for you, but I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..

So the live chat didn't get anywhere as line test was fine, got escalated. Got a text today to say the reason is my router hasn't been "reset" for 3 years so I've done that and still have the problem. Consulting skys loss of service terms I'm entitled to £9.98 a day from 2 working days after I reported the issue so not too concerned as I stand to make some money from this 😂

Is anyone from Sky able to tell me what's happening? Got the text to "reset" the router which I did, not heard anything since...
