Directory enquiries

Have just received new directory but my landline is no longer listed.  Directory says to contact my service provider?

@hamish194  You'll need to call Sky on 150 from your landline phone as you may have signed up to the number not being listed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
