Digital voice adaptor

I have just had an engineer out to install and they have asked me to order a router and digital voice adaptor. How do I do this?

If you've ordered a Sky Broadband product and don't already have a suitable router, Sky should automatically be sending you one. I'd give them a call to find out what's happening. Sky don't provide digital voice adaptors (unless things have recently changed).

@DavidMcintyre

The installer was misguided: only BT/EE offers a 'digital voice adapter' as proprietary hardware for their own broadband/voice platform.  As @Mark39 indicates, a Sky Hub is despatched automatically as part of the Sky Broadband provisioning process, and the handset or DECT base plugs directly into this.
