Why is it so hard to talk to a team member . 60 mins to try & talk to someone online . The stupid auto bot thing won't connect me to anyone .just wants me to call & id rather sort this online like u used to be able to do . Been with sky for 20years & all u get is a robot . Well I'm afraid it will be see u later sky broadband .
