Dead Landline / failed new hub installation

Hi, having tried unsuccessfully (3 times) to install my newly supplied superfast hub which arrived with no microfilter, I resorted to reinstalling the old hub. I'm hoping for some help in getting the new hub up & running soon?? Meantime, although I have broadband, my landline is now dead. HELP! Do Sky Engineers come and help ?

@GundyStuka Sky no longer provide microfilters so if one is necessary, you would need to use the one you had previously, or purchase a new one.

 

Is your new Hub a white Max Hub, or an upright black one?

Upright black box is new superfast hub - installation failed three times !
