Damage to property

The high winds last week has caused the phone line to pull my facia board off the roof. I need this repaired asap but the phone line is too tightly wound. Despite trying to phone customer service oand using online chat. I'm still unable to speak to a human. Can anyone help ?

Sky and/or Openreach aren't likely to accept any responsibility for damage to your facia boards due to the weather.

If your phone line is still working you will have to persevere on the phone by dialling 150. You may find if the line is working you will have to employ a local tradesperson or roofing company to effect a repair.

Thanks for replying, I do understand that they won't accept responsibility for the damage. But I need them to loosen the wire so it can be repaired.

It would be helpful to be able to speak to a human instead of robots

Stay on the line as long as possible and don't hang up. All calls to Sky (like most large companies) start with the automated response. Sky will pass the issue to Openreach who will hopefully attend in due course.
