Crackly phone line
We've had a crackly land line for approximately 12 months now, but lately it has been getting worse, to the point callers cannot hear us. We do not have Sky Broadband so when I try to dot he self help I can't get any further as it asks if the broadband is working (we cannot get broadband at all with living rurally). I can't seem to find anywhere to simply report a phone line fault?
Thanks,
Stephen

It would be very unusual to have a Sky Talk subscription without having Sky Broadband. Are you sure call and line billing is from Sky?
