My GIgaset landline phones have family numbers programmed in. Suddenly mobile telephone numbers are not recognised and I get a recorded message to say number dialled has not been recognised. Very irritating as my Sky mobile has a poor signal in our house, and I rely upon the landline to speak to my family. Of course I know the number is correct as well

Hi - I have same problem, programmed numbers working fine on TalkTalk, moved to Sky retaining landline phone number and same recorded message that you have - number not recognised for most numbers - slighty inconvenient!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sahrey you'll need to report this to Sky, I'm afraid. The call centre is open until 6.00pm today.

Have same problem SKY sympathetic but say they are not aware of this issue. Very strange as SKY community and the world in general is. SKY says it will look into the issue and call me back

Just called SKY they tell me problem has been elevated and reported to back room! but issue is still open.
I have asked SKY to acknowledge issue and keep community abreast of progress.
