Connecting existing phone to Sky max hub
Switching from BT B/B to Sky tomorrow - my existing BT Phone hasn't got a cable or socket to connect to Sky Max Hub

Re: Connecting existing phone to Sky max hub
You'll need a new phone, I'm afraid, if your current handset or base station cannot plug into the Max Hub's phone socket.
Phones designed for BT's Digital Voice service won't work with Sky.

Unfortunately BT designed those to only function with BT Broadband and a BT Smart Hub 2. BT is the only ISP with a heritage as a handset manufacturer, so they can choose to do so if they wish.
