Check phone line
I have just moved to the new upgrade but my landline is saying 'check phone line'.

I have moved your post from the unrelated Sky+ board. I presume you've upgraded your broadband package so is your landline plugged into the appropriate connection at the back of the hub?

Yes, but apparently it may take the rest of the day to activate the landline.

I didn't realise it was such a new broadband activation.
It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
